We are looking to hire a self-driven innovator to drive our product strategy and vision. A highly analytical individual, adept at innovatively bringing together technology and products to create compelling products. The person should value the breadth of responsibility a start-up offers and enjoys building and growing high performance teams.

A digital savvy individual with 7+ years of experience in product management, with the ability to think and adapt quickly to complex environments. A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer science, is preferrable.


  1. Quick thinking and adaptability to situations             
  2. Strong analytical and quantitative skills Develop comprehensive product understanding for all General Insurance Products
  3. Work closely with all stakeholders to identify, capture, and translate product requirements    
  4. Create/Validate BRSs and maintain all product related artefacts
  5. Derive user stories and user features           
  6. Build, maintain and prioritize the product backlog
  7. Elaborate user stories for implementation, work with stakeholder teams to ensure alignment
  8. Actively represent stakeholders’ requirements
  9. Demonstrated fluency in end-to-end business processes      
  10. Build use cases and ideas that improve efficiency / accuracy / built intelligence into the process /product         
  11. Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements
  12. Provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process     
  13. Drive necessary process intervention to bring structure to product and processes
  14. Demonstrate complete product functionality to the internal stakeholders     
  15. Highlight key risks and actionable to Management
  16. Lead or participate in multiple projects by maintaining product artifacts        
  17. Managing product scope, adjust schedules when necessary, determining daily priorities
  18. Ensure efficient and on-time delivery of product features    
  19. Manage customer and vendor relationships
